What is your cancellation policy?

To respect the time of our stylists and ensure smooth scheduling for all guests, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be a “late-cancellation” and result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service total. Failure to show up for an appointment without any notice will result in a full service charge and/or a requirement to prepay future appointments.

We understand that emergencies happen, and we will do our best to handle those situations with care and flexibility.

Right to refuse service:

All stylists at Atrium Salon and Studio, reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to any member of our staff.

Refund policy on product and merchandise:

Non-Refundable. We do not refund retail products that have been damaged after purchase.

Refund policy for services:

At Atrium Salon and Studio, we do not offer refunds for services rendered. However, we strive for complete client satisfaction. If you are not 100% satisfied with your service, we advise to contact the salon within 5 days of your appointment. We will do our best to accommodate your requests at no-charge. However, if the scope of work differs from that originally discussed during our thorough consultation, a fee may be applied.
